Data We Collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: email address, date of sign-up (legal basis: consent — UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
- Contact form submissions: name, email, message (legal basis: legitimate interests — responding to your enquiry)
- Cookies and technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session data (see Cookie section below)
Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Essential: required for the site to function (no consent needed under PECR)
- Analytics: if you consent, we may use analytics tools in the future to understand how visitors use the site. Currently no analytics scripts are loaded.
- Marketing/Advertising: advertising partner cookies (Taboola, MediaGo) — consent required under PECR; will be loaded only after "Accept All" or "Marketing" consent when campaigns are active

Data Retention
Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form data is retained for 24 months. Cookie data is subject to the retention periods set by individual cookie providers (see above).
International Transfers
Some of our service providers (including Taboola and MediaGo) process your data in the United States. These transfers are made under the UK-US Data Bridge (in force from 17 October 2023), which provides adequate protection equivalent to UK GDPR standards. You can find more information at ico.org.uk.
